Terms of Service

Member features are available to those who register through the App. Please provide accurate information when registering.

An account may only be used by the person who registered it and may not be transferred or lent to others.

Points are awarded on purchases at our stores, events and online store at a rate we determine. The rate and eligible purchases may change without notice.

One point is worth one yen and can be used for payment at designated stores and our online store. Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Points expire 12 months [to confirm] after the last time points were earned or used.

Points awarded for a purchase are cancelled if the purchase is returned or cancelled.

A visit stamp is awarded when you show your member card at the register, up to once per location per day.

Coupons have an expiry date and cannot be used after it. Coupons cannot be transferred to other members.

You must not:

• copy or alter the member card screen, or let others use it;
• obtain or use points or coupons by improper means;
• interfere with the operation of the App;
• violate laws or public order.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. All points, stamps and coupons are forfeited on deletion and cannot be restored.

We may cancel points or suspend an account without prior notice if these Terms are violated.

We may change the App or discontinue it. If we discontinue the App we will announce it in the App with reasonable notice.

We are not liable when the App cannot be used because of network conditions or the state of your device.

Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the App.

We may change these Terms. Revised Terms take effect when displayed in the App. Material changes will be announced in advance in the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court [to confirm] has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance over any dispute relating to the App.
