Privacy Policy

Kyara Innovate Co., Ltd. [to confirm] ("we") handles personal information in the KYARA INNOVATE official app (the "App") as described below. The Japanese version prevails in case of any discrepancy.

1. Information we collect

To provide the App we collect the following information.

  • Registration details: nickname, email address, display language, birthday (month and day, optional)
  • Identifiers from the sign-in service you use (LINE, Apple, Google), and the name and email address those services provide when you consent
  • Usage: point history, visit stamps, coupon issuance and use, news viewed
  • Device: push notification token, operating system
  • If you link the online store: your online store customer ID, order information (order number and amount), and your name and phone number when you choose to import them

2. How we use it

We use the information for the following purposes.

  • Providing and managing the member card, points, stamps and coupons
  • Push notifications for news, coupons and point expiry
  • Issuing birthday coupons
  • Preventing fraud and responding to enquiries
  • Statistical analysis to improve the service, in a form that does not identify individuals

3. Third parties and processors

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent except as required by law.

The App relies on the following providers, and information is transmitted to them as needed.

  • Push notifications: Expo (Expo, Inc., USA)
  • Sign-in: LY Corporation, Apple Inc., Google LLC
  • Online store: Shopify Inc. (Canada), only when you link your account
  • Store register: Smaregi, Inc.
  • Servers and database: SAKURA internet Inc. (Japan)
  • Email delivery: SAKURA internet Inc.

4. Retention

We keep personal information while you are a member and for any period required by law afterwards. On account deletion we delete or anonymise your name, email address, sign-in identifiers, birthday and push token; transaction records are kept in a form that does not identify you.

5. Security

We protect personal information against unauthorised access, leakage and alteration through encrypted communication, access control and audit logging.

6. Your rights

You can review and change your registration details and delete your account within the App. For disclosure, correction or suspension requests, contact us at the address below.
